Ok: The salts in the food could account for the BP increase. All in all, the values are still normal, especially in a 21 year old. I wouldn't worry about it at this time.

Normal: 20% of cardiac output go to the intestines. After eating a fatty meal may even double. Hr and BP may increase a little depending on our cardiovascular status.
