Can i have a cortisone shot while pregnant? i have a strained tendon and it's starting to hurt back badly, last time i got the shot i wasn't pregnant yet, and now it will be helpful if i can get it 6 months pregnant?

Yes: You will need to be evaluated by a doctor to see if that is an appropriate injury for your tendon injury. If steroids are indicated for your injury it is not harmful to be done during pregnancy
