Probably normal: This sounds like you are looking too closely and noticing normal sebaceous or sweat glands. Google "Fordyce spots" and see if they match what you are seeing. Probably normal and all is well. If in doubt, see your doctor -- but in the meantime, don't worry. It's very unlikely to be anything serious.
