A 33-year-old male asked:

I have noticed a small bump/flap on the inside of my cheek,in the upper area by my upper teeth. this is on both sides of my mouth in the exact same spot where the skin rests on the upper teeth. any ideas as to what this could be?

These "bumps" are most likely your salivary gland ducts.

Normal. These are the openings where the Parotid Salivary Glands (the glands that are affected by mumps) empty into the oral cavity. This can be confirmed by your General Dentist or General Physician at your next routine examination.
