Go with the flow.: It sounds like you've managed to slow down the venous return. The blood can flow down to your foot but pressure on the top of the foot has impeded the blood returning up your leg by smashing the veins. of course , it could involve other possibilities. To remove all doubt, have your foot examined, especially if the condition persists.
