I had little red dots on my bottom gums a few days ago and now they've turned into this yellowish white that causes extreme pain i cannot even smile?

Mouth lesions: Likely stomatitis or ulcers. Keep your mouth clean and use a soft diet. Follow up if not improving or reoccurring. Use Tylenol or Ibuprofen if you are able for pain. There are topical medications that can be prescribed. All the best.
