Hello doc, i usually have fever at night running temperature 101 at night and become normal temperature in the morning. what should i do?

Persistent fever?: If you have documented fever of over 100 degrees on more than 3-5 days, you might have a serious illness which will require you to get a medical check up and your doctor will need to run some tests to make sure that you do not have Infection(common cause) or cancer(uncommon cause, only considered if fever has been going on for more than 2-3 weeks).
