In my opinion(ONLY): it is NOT appropriate to add your Doctor to a SOCIAL NETWORK....the relationship should be a PROFESSIONAL One!. Your Doctor may have a BUSINESS FB Page...many do... and that's a different issue...BTW did your Doctor ask to be "friended"??

Probably OK: It does depend a little on you and your Dr's personalities. As long as you aren't sharing confidential or relationship information, it may help your understanding of each other.
