Fruits & veggies: Pick any fruits or veggies that sound good and toss them in dark leafy greens like spinach are awesome nutrition sources that usually go pretty well in smoothies (blend longer to reduce fibery texture) eat plenty of whole grains, but if you are not, you could add wheat germ eat lean proteins, but if you are not, you could add ground nuts, eg walnuts and yogurt avoid raw eggs/raw dairy.
