Circadian rhythms: The body has it's own internal clock - which for the most part matches the light/dark cycle of this planet. Certain things however can throw it off - especially alcohol or problems with the mind (anxiety/depression). Stimulants too like caffeine can cause haywire with the system. Sounds like you need someone to help you review 'what' you're doing wrong to set you back on track. I believe you can!
