Too much.: You really should not take any more than 10mg of that codeine every six hours. That's the maximum.

Opioids: Having already been prescribed that medication, what directions were you given? Taking 2 of that dose is technically ok. But you will run out early. Did you sign any contracts that prohibit running out early with your doctor.

That's higher than: the recommended dose of Vicodin 7.5/325 (now 300mg). If you take it 4x/day, you're also exceeding the recommended total daily dose. I'm surprised that you didn't experience immediate side effects from 15 mg of hydrocodone. If you need more pain relief, you can take 400 mg of ibuprofen along with 7.5/325 of Vicodin. But I don't recommend taking 2 Vicodin 7.5/325 in a single dose.
