Too early: Your labs suggest a connective tissue disease that has not yet manifested itself. At this point the best thing would be regular follow ups with your pcp and a rheumatologist.

Need Expert Eval: These tests are suggestive, but a diagnosis of lupus requires an in-person evaluation, preferably by an expert in lupus. The disease can look different in different people, and there is no single test or magic checklist of symptoms that will catch 100% of the cases.
