Wait 2 months: Cytotec (misoprostol) is out of your system pretty fast - typically within 1-2 hours. As far as Cytotec (misoprostol) use is concerned it is safe to get pregnant. But because you had a recent abnormal pregnancy it is advised you wait at least 2 months ( 2 normal periods) before you get pregnant again. You should be taking prenatal vitamins during this time.
