Dr. Bernard Seif answered

Specializes in Clinical Psychology

Anxiety & Depression: need to be treated by learning strategies to manage those conditions. A clinical psychologist can be helpful w/that. A urologist can help w/the urine retention. The doc can use several methods, e.g., a catheter or teach the person to self-cath when needing to urinate. Peace and good health. Get together a plan of action and work on each part of the situation. Progress in any area helps.
