Not much can be done: Depending on how old you are, you may still be growing. Women usually reach there full height at age 15-17, and men at age 18-21. Height is primarily determined by genes. One environmental factor that can increase height is very good nutrition, with a diet high in protein and lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Being short is not a limiting factor in life, unless allowed to affect self esteem.

Growth Hormone can be used to make a child taller if the child has growth hormone deficiency. GH can be used selectively in some children who are unusually short even though they don't have GH deficiency.
