Aortic aneurysm: Around 65yo, we recommend one time screening ultrasound in men who('ve) smoke(d) to look for AAA (abdominal aortic aneurysm). Or we might order earlier if we feel especially large/wide bounding pulse in your belly. Best to go see your Family Doc for evaluation.
