when i listen to my apical pulse i hear gurgling in my heart. it sounds like mt stomach but its in my chest. what does this mean?

Pulsatile tinnitus: Is a rhythmical noise that has the same rate as the heart. This is easily checked by feeling the arm pulse at the same time as listening to the tinnitus. Pulsatile tinnitus is due to a change in blood flow in the vessels near the ear.
