Could be normal: if you are skinny and not pregnant ,you may be seeing a pulse of aorta- large blood vessel that runs down there.

Aortic pulse: That is the normal aortic pulse you can sometimes see radiated to your abdominal wall when you are warm and still with relaxed stomach muscles.
