I have had one of my bottom baby teeth removed, and i have gotten a really bad ulcer and i think it may of been from where the needle was injected. is?

Hard to Say: It is best to see the dentist that removed the tooth. It is possible that the ulcer is from the injection site. However, we can't tell you the cause of the sore, without actually seeing the problem. It is best to see the dentist, for a re-evaluation.
