Probably not: If it is not improving or gone in a week i would see a dentist for an evaluation...

Mouth ulcer: Depending on location, it could be an ulcer or a cold sore. Both are caused by viral infections, and could be a by-product of your colds . In either case, they should heal in 7-10 days. If they don't, or if you need pain relief, make an appt to see your dentist.
