At least 3 weeks..: Hello, Tendon and ligament healing take about 4 weeks based on many studies, passive range of motion is allowed during week 3 and active range of motion is allow come week 4. With an ankle sprain depending on what ligaments and how bad they were involved i would say at least 3 weeks of offloading/protected weight-bearing would be appropriate. Feel Better!
