A member asked:

With shingles - is it normal to still have me blisters appearing on the 10th day? if so, when will they stop appearing?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Untreated shingles will evolve over about 4 to 5 weeks. Clusters of vessicles [small blisters] will appear for a couple of weeks, evolving through pustules, hemmorhagic spots, then scabs, leaving a band of pale scar. It will heal faster if specific oral therapy is started on first or second day and continued for 1 week.
