Ok so last night i was wrestling with my friend (not rough) his knee barely hit my ear and it kind of hurts i can barely hear out of it and humming?

Ear drum injury?: On occasion, a minor trauma to the ear can result in a ruptured ear drum. Some dysfunction of the inner ear is another possibility.
