See a dermatologist: "Blackheads" are not dirt. They are comedones [sebum plugs] in blocked oil glands- open to air. Oxidized sebum is black. It is OK to pinch them out. Pitted skin is not your fault. The scars are not caused by squeezing. You can begin therapy with a retinoid such as tretinoin or adapalene gel. When you control the acne the skin will gradually heal. Most people need nothing more.
