Possible Acne: It could simply be a pimple. Try warm compresses and if it does not improve in 47 hours , see a doctor . You can also use some Neosporin.

No squeezing, soak: The small bump may have been a small area of inflammation, or just an irritation from the blackhead removal. Now with the discomfort, there prob is some inflammation. This can usually be controlled with warm, moist soaks, 3-4 times per day, Wet a small facecloth, microwave it for 20-50 sec depending on the microwave. Hold it to the area till it is no longer warm. this is usually about 10 min.
