I had an imn on my tibia. it has been 6 weeks now but the doc said there is no callus formation. can i know why? what i should do for it to form?

Time is needed: A solidly fixed fracture may not show callus formation but may just have the fracture line obliterate as healing occurs. Tibial fractures can take 12 to 24 weeks to show full healing and longer for maturation of the healing to occur.
