Infection? BV?: The most common cause of increased vaginal discharge with odor is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal vaginal bacteria. However, BV discharge usually is white or gray; "yellow brown" suggests other infection. Bet to be rechecked for STDs and other infections. Also be sure you are tested for trichomonas by the newer PCR test (the usual test, looking under a microscope, misses many).
