Other infections: It's possible you could have a garden variety infection such as yeast and or bacterial vaginosis. You could also have a reaction to condoms/spermacide/lubrication during sex which is causing your symptoms. Some women have a similar reaction to their partners semen. A follow up visit with your physician to include a pelvic exam and cultures may assist in determining what the cause is.

It may be blood: It may be bleeding from the vagina or cervix that sits for awhile then starts to breakdown into the colors of brown and yellow that you are seeing. If the intercourse is not gentle this type of injury can easily occur.
