Get tested yourself: There are many possible causes of vaginal discharge, but yellow color suggests infection. You need to be tested for STDs yourself; you cannot rely only on your bf's test results. Testing in men sometimes misses chlamydia or gonorrhea, and men usually aren't tested at all for some infections e.g. trichomonas. There are excellent STD clinics in Malaysia and Singapore.
