Sure, but why?: Why take a multivitamin, anyway? Unless you are on a very restricted diet, or pregnant, or have a chronic disease, multivitamins are safe but usually not effective. Take any vitamin you have a lab proven deficiency. Otherwise, save your money and buy a gym membership. Exercise has a proven health benefit. Multivitamins, not so much.
