Could be irritation : Could be irritation to your digital nerves common to your 3 RD and fourth toes. Avoid heels and message area, ice ball of foot and if no stomach or bleeding problems, take ibuprofen at least 600 mg three times a day for 2 weeks. Wear sensible shoes. If pain continues more that 4 wks see Podiatric specialists (aka foot doctor). Dr. Boudreau
