Neuropathy: Sounds like a compressive neuropathy from the heels. It should improve over time, but it really depends on how much damage was done to the nerves. Aside from waiting, there's not a whole lot else to do except don't wear those heels again!

Stop wearing heels: You probably pinched one of the nerves to your foot that runs through your heel. There is no cure for that but time...

Most likely: This problem is caused by nerve compression from the increased pressure on the forefoot. This problem usually resolves over time with removal of the offending agent (high heels). If the problem doesn't resolve after a few weeks, i recommend you see a foot specialist for evaluation.
