Yes, but no need...: Kegel's pelvic floor muscle exercise is designed to proactively to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles through intentional and mindful exercise like what we exercise striated muscles in any other parts of body. Although you may do so at voiding for possible help improve urge urinary incontinence as proposed by some professionals with variable effects, it is hard to do. Kegel is for stress UI.
