Strep transmission: Strep is very easily passed from one person to the next - especially if they might be involved in kissing, sharing drinks/cigarettes etc. Funny thing is, you're on the right treatment for Strep - so as long as you're on it, you're actually protected because any germs passed from him would be 'killed' because you're on targeted antibiotics for that. Would use common sense though so u both recover.
