I was in a stressful sisuation yesterday caused my blood pressures to raise to 164/100. it went back down with in mins for not secs.but now I got a bad headache on one side really bad for a couple of secs when I go from laying down to standing up?
I had my blood pressure taken today and it gave a reading of 141/98, the nurse told me that was a bit too high and took it for the second time which gave a reading of 138/96. Is this something to be worried about? I get headaches every second day
