High BP: 43F of unknown ethncicity notes "My BP was 119/117. I am obese and have stressful job. But asks no question. These are dangerous pressures and you need to see your Dr immediately to find out what is going o and to get it down to a healthy level. Consider BCPs if you are on them. I specialize in HBP and happy to do 2nd Opinion.

I was in a stressful sisuation yesterday caused my blood pressures to raise to 164/100. it went back down with in mins for not secs.but now I got a bad headache on one side really bad for a couple of secs when I go from laying down to standing up?
