No: For many years, it was believed that cranberry juice could help prevent urinary tract infections. However, more recent research in the past 10 years shows that it has no effect. If you like cranberry juice, drink it as much as you like. But neither juice nor cranberry pills will prevent UTI, so don't waste your money.
