Hi there. i have a had symptoms which seem to correlate with bladder infection but something feels different and its not going away, water, cranberry?

Probable UTI: U need a urinalysis which will tell whether or not there is a bladder infection. U will then need antibiotics if a UTI is present. Cranberry is a UTI preventative not a treatment.
