No: Cranberry juice contains substances which interfere with bacteria adhering to bladder wall and thus reduce the incidence of recurrent bladder infections. It is not an antibiotic and thus can not treat an established bladder infection. There are many so called cranberry tablets or caplets, but very few list amount of active ingredient.
