My urinalysis always shows trace leukocyte estrace any cause for concern (i have lupus so tested every 3-6 months)?

Not if culture neg.: This is not a concern as long as the urine cultures are negative. A trace LE can just be from some contamination. However, when you have this a culture should be done to confirm that there is no infection going on.

Doc thinks I have Lupus due to many symptoms and ANA positive. Urinalysis was positive for protein and leukocytes at 1+ and negative for nitrites. I have many Lupus symptoms but also bladder pain for months. Is this result likely Lupus or uti related?
