Ok: Since you are taking hydroxyzine at night, it is fine as long as you are not working a nightshift since this may make you drowsy. Zyrtec is simply a more pure form of hydroxyzine with less drowsiness effect and thus you may not need to take a Zyrtec for allergy. However it can be added if necessary.
