Potential interactio: Vistaril (hydroxyzine) is a 1st generation antihistamine w/potent anticholinergic side effects including sedating (good for anxiety). Zyrtec (cetirizine) is 2nd generation antihistamine w/some sedating properties. So check out http://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=1303-775,569-286 which warns of this potential interaction. Always best to inform prescribing docs about everything u take incl OTC
