We all are: We all are at a small risk of cancer. That's because all humans get cell mutations, but fortunately our risk of cancer is small until we get to an older age. A baby's risk of cancer does not change when he gets several typical x-rays. That being said, one should only do x-rays when needed for a medical purpose.
