Possibly: Lung cancer metastasis can appear months to years after the resection of the primary tumor. Headache and back stiffness are more common for other reasons but can be caused by mets to the spine or CNS. Night sweats can occur with some cancers. Balance problems can be due to muscular weakness, anemia, sensory deficits or neurological issues. This should be evaluated promptly.
