The reassuring news: is that it isn't bothering you so some of the most worrisome things this could be would probably not be the problem: corneal ulceration, strep ulcer, etc. I would think it is most likely a pinguecula (pin-GWEK-you-lah), a normal deposit of elastic and fatty tissue which all eyes make to protect against wind, etc. OK to watch...if expands, becomes irritated, see your Eye doctor. Worry about the stye: Recurrent styes need evaluation by an ophthalmologist, the white dot in the iris may just be loss of pigmentation, that shouldn't be of significance, unless the ophthalmologist judges otherwise, best wishes
