PTSD requires a: proper diagnosis from a mental health professional. Please see a professional who specializes in PTSD and do not use medication only. Use it if suggested by your doc but PTSD requires psychological intervention. Some clinical psychologists use clinical hypnosis as part of the treatment. Peace and good health.
