SOS cardiologist: You need to contact your cardiologist ASAP. There can be many reasons for your severe chest pain including the reasons you have mentioned. If you can tolerate NSAID, try it now while waiting for a doctor appt. If you can't be seen within the next 12 hrs, go to the ER.
