Nobody knows that: Women who conceive naturally NEVER know exactly when they conceived. It's good that in normal everyday life, there is no need to know with exactness. A close guess is between a few hours to a day after ovulation but nobody knows exactly when she ovulates, meaning a woman does not know exactly when her egg pops out of her ovary. If 11 weeks by a scan, conception was 9 weeks ago (plus or minus 1wk).
