Sounds inaccurate: Dating is based on menstrual dates unless specified otherwise. That is, we generally refer to how far along one is from their lmp, not from the conception date. Saying you were 8w3d on 7/20 should imply that your LMP was on 5/22. If it is known that you conceived on 5/22, that would make you 10w3d based on LMP (assuming you ovulated 2wk after start of lmp). Confusing, but true!

LMP was 5/22?: If you were 8w3d on 7/20 then your LMP would have been 8/22 and on june 15 when nothing was seen on ultrasound you would have been 3 weeks 3 days since your LMP and barely 12 days after presumed conception around june 3! nothing could be seen on ultrasound that early! i hope that clears things up for you.
