3-7 days: The length of time that sperm can remain viable in the female ranged from 3-7 days so, if the ultrasound dating suggest you conceived around 2/14 and we admit a possible variation of + or - 4-5 days, then sperm introduced 2/7 might have been able to cause the conception.
