Since ultrasounds are pretty accurate these days plus or minus 3 days and mine says i conceived december 6th i am going to say i conceived dec 3-9?

Probably accurate.: If the OB ultrasound happened before 13 weeks, us is accurate to +/-8%. If it was around 7 weeks, the "error" would be plus or minus 4 days, and at 12 weeks, plus or minus almost 7 days.
